Well, I’ve finished my first block of the month for the Canton Village works BOM. I really like how this turned out. I decided to use my stash of Anna Maria Horner “Innocent Crush” fat quarters for this project. I’ve been reluctant to cut into this stash because I wanted “just the right project”, but I’ve finally realized that any project is the right project. So I took the plunge and I am happy I did. Now I just can’t wait for next month’s block. It’s hard for an impatient person to do just one block a month. Oh well. Patience.
I also finished a quilt top today that I’ve been working on for a while now. I also got the backing fabric, so now all I have to do is ‘sandwich’ it and quilt it. More later.

Very nice! I really like the colors and patterns. You came up with a great design. Sounds like you had a busy weekend!
It is really nice Erica, and I too like the colors and patterns which made a great design. What do you do with the blocks that you make? Glad you were able to get so much done.
Have a great week.
Love You
