Here it is. My first “officially finished” quilt from my first quilt top that I ever made. It is completely done! I love how the navy blue and white polka dot binding looks on it. I also love the hand tying. It looks just as I had hoped. The pattern is called “Look and Learn” from the book Strip Crazy by Suzanne McNeill. You can get it here. I used the same fabric that was used in the book, “Look and Learn” from American Jane. I will take some pictures of the full quilt tomorrow afternoon when there hopefully be some sunlight. It’s beautiful Erica!! You did a wonderful job on it. The colors really come together and the red outline with the blue polka dot binding and the bright blue backing really set it all off. You should be very proud!! I am very proud of you!
Erica, it is really beautiful. I agree with everything that your Mom said about the colors and everything. I really like the color of the blue backing, and I think it goes so well with the red and blue polka dots. Wonderful job. I am proud of you too.
